Our story

The story of DISAS began in 1987 when the company started operating in the salt storage of Ahvenkoski. The first shop was opened in Tesjoki in 1997 but it has been closed since then.

The present owners of DISAS came along in 2003. Since then, the company has developed its business purposefully. The first one of the modern shops was opened in Nuijamaa in 2006, and the network of shops has been expanded purposefully by opening three other shops located in Mustola, Imatra and Hamina.

Thanks to a strategic move in 2020, the DISAS products have become available in all well-stocked stores throughout Finland.


DISAS Caviar Oy Ltd operates the wholesale of the DISAS products.

Our shops

DISAS Fish Oy manages our four shops in Southeast Finland. Welcome to our shops in Hamina, Imatra, Mustola (Lappeenranta) and Nuijamaa.

Production facility

Kuusisen Kala Oy is in charge of the production of our delicious fish products at our production facility in Loviisa, Finland.
